Based on photographic images and snow and snow data, together with the morphological and topographical reconstruction of the slope affected by the avalanche that destroyed the Rigopiano hotel in 2017, Altevie reconstructed the event, using the software produced and distributed by the Federal Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research in Davos (Switzerland).
