Demolition and reconstruction after the earthquake

Demolition and reconstruction of a five-storey building, severely damaged in the earthquake of April 6, 2009. According to the OPCM, issued by the Council of Ministers, two projects were drawn up in sequence: one for the repair of the existing building with seismic improvement, which demonstrated the economic viability of demolition and reconstruction; the other for the new building, developed on the same outline as the existing one.
